Your membership is billed monthly and automatically renews. Simply check in at any of our locations with your name or membership email, and you're good to play!
Yes! Both Operator Access and Weekend Warrior memberships are valid at all MKAirsoft locations.
With Weekend Warrior, you get one free entry per week. Weeks reset every Monday. If you check in on Saturday, you can check in again starting the following Monday. You cannot stack or roll over unused entries.
When a session is sold out and no more tickets are available, members can still check in and play. We reserve spots specifically for our members.

You can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees or contracts. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

To cancel your membership:

  1. Go to your account page in our shop
  2. Sign in with the email you used when purchasing
  3. Click on "Subscriptions" in your account menu
  4. Find your membership and click "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Confirm the cancellation

Yes, all players must have a signed waiver on file before playing, regardless of membership status. Sign your waiver here.

It depends on how often you play. Here's the breakdown:

Weekend Warrior ($99/month)

Perfect if you play once per week on weekends.

  • Weekend day pass: $35
  • Playing once per week: $35 x 4 weeks = $140/month
  • Your savings: $41 per month

Operator Pass ($199/month)

Best value for frequent players. We're open 5 days per week.

  • Weekend day pass: $35 | Weekday pass: $20
  • Playing 2 weekend days per week: $70
  • Plus free HPA fills ($7/day value): $14 savings
  • Weekly total without membership: $84 x 4 weeks = $336/month
  • Your savings: $137 per month

Not a fit? If you only play once or twice a month, you're better off with regular day passes, weekly passes, or our monthly pass options. We have ticket options for every type of player.

Manage your subscription directly through your shop account. You can update payment methods, view billing history, or cancel your membership at any time.

How to Cancel:

  1. Click "Manage Account" below and sign in
  2. Go to "Subscriptions" in your account
  3. Select your membership and click "Cancel"
